Howth Sea Scouts

For the past 60 years, Howth Scout Group has been empowering young people through adventure, seamanship, and service. Rooted in the values of Scouting Ireland, we inspire confidence, leadership, and respect for the sea and the environment.

Through a programme of challenging water-based and land-based activities, we nurture personal growth, teamwork, self-reliance, and a strong sense of community, all while celebrating our rich maritime heritage

We run one Beaver colony, two Cub packs, two Scout troops, a Venture and Rover troop. We have approximately 180 youth members and 40 Scouters.
