Our Rover Scout Crew is for young adults aged 18 to 25 who want to continue their Scouting adventure while taking on new challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities for personal growth.
As Sea Scouts, the Crew continues to place the sea at the heart of its activities—advancing seamanship, safety, and expedition skills while exploring new horizons together.
The Rover section provides a supportive environment for young adults to challenge themselves, give back to their communities, and develop as leaders. The aim is to inspire a lifelong commitment to adventure, friendship, and the values of Scouting, both on the water and beyond.
Rovers organise and lead their own programme, which may include sailing expeditions, adventure journeys, service projects, international travel, or community initiatives. With the freedom to shape their own path, Rovers learn through doing, building leadership, teamwork, and life skills that extend far beyond Scouting.
